- Please power on your phone by holding down the power button. In order to successfully activate your phone, it will need to be connected to Wi-Fi.
Connect to Wi-Fi
1. On your Troomi device, click the Settings icon > Connections > Wi-Fi.
NOTE: If nothing happens when you click the Settings app on the device, it could be disabled in the Parent Portal. To enable Settings, navigate to the Parent Portal, select the child's name, click the cog icon, and you will be taken to a page where you will have the option to enable Settings. This should prompt the Settings app to be usable.
2. Once the phone shows you're connected, please go to parent.troomi.com. You will be prompted to log in to the account.
3. Once you are logged in, click "Continue Onboarding" and follow the steps there.
Restart the Phone
Your phone should automatically restart as part of the activation and onboarding process. In case it does not, follow these steps:
To reboot the phone, swipe down from the top right corner of the screen and select the power icon. Then, click the Restart button.
